Summary

This study tested whether sending personalized emails and text messages could encourage more Medicare beneficiaries aged 65 and older to schedule and attend their free Annual Wellness Visits. Nearly 30,000 participants were included. The goal was to see if simple reminders could boost use of this important preventive health benefit.
