Summary
This study tests a new light therapy device called BUBOLight® for treating jaundice in newborns. Jaundice is common and usually harmless, but high bilirubin levels can be dangerous. The device uses two soft, light-emitting fabric strips placed on the baby. Researchers will check if it is safe, comfortable, and easy to use for 15 full-term or near-term babies needing one 4-hour session.
