Summary

This study tests two types of breathing exercises in 40 children aged 5 to 16 who have fluid around their lungs (pleural effusion). One group will use a bubble device with special breathing techniques, and the other will use a standard spirometer. The goal is to see which method better improves lung expansion and reduces shortness of breath, potentially offering a low-cost option for families.
