First seen Jun 03, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new treatment called BTC-Ag-T for people with advanced bile duct or gallbladder cancer that has not responded to standard therapies. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, which are modified in a lab to better recognize and attack cancer cells. The main goals are to check the safety of this approach and see if it can shrink tumors.
