New drug BT8009 shows promise in battling Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This study tests a new drug called BT8009, given alone or with another drug (pembrolizumab), in people with advanced solid tumors like bladder, breast, lung, or ovarian cancer that have not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can shrink tumors. About 329 participants will be enrolled. This is an early-phase trial, so the main focus is safety and finding the right dose.
