Summary
This study tests a treatment called BSJ020R for people on hemodialysis whose AV fistula (the blood vessel used for dialysis) has narrowed. The goal is to see if it can keep the fistula working longer without needing another procedure. About 186 adults with a mature fistula will be enrolled, and the main measure is how many fistulas stay open and problem-free for 6 months.
