Summary

This study tests a new drug called BRY812 in 56 women with advanced ovarian, endometrial, or ovarian clear cell cancers that have a specific marker (LIV-1). The drug is given by injection to see if it can shrink tumors and how safe it is. The trial is in Phase IIa, meaning it is still early but looking for signs of effectiveness.
