Summary
This study aims to find the optimal timing for a procedure called bronchoscopic lung lavage in children with severe pneumonia. About 3,168 children will be enrolled to see if earlier or later intervention improves breathing support success, reduces hospital stay, and lowers costs. The goal is to provide clear guidelines for doctors and improve recovery while monitoring safety.
