New inhaled treatment tested for damaged lungs

Summary
This study is testing a new inhaled drug called CHF6333 to see if it is safe for people with bronchiectasis, a condition that causes permanent lung damage and frequent infections. First, single doses will be given to healthy volunteers and people with the disease. Then, repeated doses will be given to people with bronchiectasis to check for side effects and how the body processes the drug.
