Summary

This study is checking the safety and how a single dose of the drug brodalumab moves through the body in children and teenagers with severe plaque psoriasis. It involves a very small group of participants, aged 6 to under 18. The main goal is to gather initial information on how children handle this medication, which is already used for adults.
