Summary

This study is testing whether a powder made from broccoli can help muscles recover faster after hard exercise. Fifteen healthy volunteers who don't normally lift weights will take either the broccoli powder or a placebo for a week, do a specific arm workout, and continue taking the supplement. Researchers will measure their muscle strength, soreness, and other recovery markers to see if the broccoli powder makes a difference.
