Summary

This study looks at whether a supplement made from broccoli can help muscles heal faster after intense exercise. Seventeen healthy adults who don't do resistance training will take either the broccoli supplement or a placebo for a week, then do a tough arm workout. Researchers will measure strength, soreness, and swelling over the next few days to see if the broccoli extract makes a difference.
