First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called ONO-4059 for people with pemphigus, a rare autoimmune disease that causes painful blisters on skin and mucous membranes. It is for patients whose disease is not well controlled by steroids alone. The goal is to see if adding ONO-4059 can help achieve lasting remission while allowing lower steroid doses. About 34 adults will participate in this Phase 3 trial.
