Light therapy shows promise for depressed Night-Owl teens

Summary

This study tests whether bright light therapy can ease depression in teenagers (ages 12-19) who tend to stay up late. 90 participants will receive either bright light or a dim placebo light. The goal is to see if the therapy improves mood and sleep without medication.
