Summary
This study is testing if daily bright light therapy can help older veterans. The goal is to see if this simple, at-home treatment can improve sleep quality, reduce physical frailty, and support better thinking skills. Researchers are enrolling 43 veterans aged 65 and older to see if the approach is practical and effective before planning larger trials.
