Can 30 seconds a day beat standard exercise for Seniors' mobility?
NCT ID NCT05725564
Summary
This study is testing whether a very brief daily strength program (FAST) works better than a standard online group exercise program (BAND TOGETHER) for older adults who have trouble walking. It involves 702 participants aged 65+ who will follow one of the home-based programs for 12 months with monthly coaching. The goal is to see which approach more effectively improves walking ability, balance, strength, and reduces falls in daily life.
