Can a 5-Minute hot bath a day train your body for heat?
NCT ID NCT07198334
Summary
This study tested a new, faster way to help healthy people adapt to hot conditions. Researchers had 26 young adults take a very hot, 5-minute bath every day for two weeks. They measured many body signals like heart rate and temperature to see if these short exposures were enough to trigger helpful adaptations.
