NCT ID NCT07453550
Summary
This study investigates whether very brief exercise sessions (5-10 minutes) can help lower blood pressure in people with high or borderline-high readings. Researchers will test 45 adults with hypertension or pre-hypertension using short resistance exercises and wall-sit positions. The goal is to see if these quick workouts provide both immediate and lasting blood pressure benefits over 6-8 weeks.
