Summary

This study is testing a new program called BRIDGES, designed with teenagers, to help young people with depression become more physically active. It involves 18 sessions over 3 months with a specialized physical therapist who provides guidance and connects participants with local sports clubs. The goal is to see if this supportive approach can reduce depressive symptoms and increase activity levels in 60 inactive teens in Brussels.
