Summary

This study tests a program called BRIDGE that helps parents of young children in the intensive care unit (ICU) make important medical decisions and talk with the healthcare team. About 495 parents will take surveys and some will be interviewed to see if the program helps them feel more prepared and less regretful about their choices. The goal is to improve communication and support for families facing critical care decisions.
