Summary
This study tests whether adding a drug called Anakinra to the fluid that keeps donor lungs healthy before transplant can prevent a serious complication called primary graft dysfunction. About 20 adults getting a lung transplant will take part. The drug aims to reduce swelling and fluid buildup in the new lungs right after surgery.
