NCT ID NCT06578559

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study is for people with a certain genetic type of advanced colorectal cancer (BRAF V600E) who previously benefited from a specific drug combination (encorafenib plus cetuximab). Researchers want to see if giving these drugs again, guided by a blood test that looks for cancer DNA, can shrink tumors. The study involves 16 participants and uses CT scans every 8 weeks to check results.
