Second chance: targeted therapy retreatment shows promise for tough colorectal cancer

Summary
This study tests whether retreating with a combination of two targeted drugs (encorafenib and cetuximab) can shrink tumors in people with a specific type of advanced colorectal cancer (BRAF V600E mutation). Participants must have previously benefited from the same drugs and still have the BRAF mutation without other resistance mutations, as detected by a blood test (ctDNA). The goal is to see how many patients respond to retreatment, with tumor scans every 8 weeks.
