Summary
This phase 3 trial compares a new drug, brelovitug, to an existing treatment (bulevirtide) for chronic hepatitis delta, a serious liver infection. About 172 adults with the infection will receive either drug to see which better controls the virus and normalizes liver enzymes. The goal is to find a more effective long-term treatment option.
