Summary
This study tested two simple techniques—breathing yoga and progressive muscle relaxation—in 125 liver transplant recipients to see which better reduces pain, breathing complications, and fear of movement. Both methods are drug-free and can be done at home. The goal is to help patients recover more comfortably after surgery.
