Can yoga and breathing exercises ease your asthma?
NCT ID NCT07440953
Summary
This study tested whether two non-drug techniques could help young people with asthma breathe easier and feel better. For 8 weeks, one group practiced Papworth breathing, a slow, calming method, while another group combined it with Bridge Pose yoga to open the chest. Researchers measured changes in shortness of breath, lung function, and overall quality of life to see which approach worked best.
