Summary

This study aims to find out if a specific breathing warm-up helps athletes' breathing muscles work better during exercise. Researchers will compare a real breathing warm-up, a fake one, and no warm-up in 28 trained athletes. The goal is to see how long any benefit lasts and if it works differently for endurance versus sprint/power athletes.
