Summary
This study tests whether a time-efficient breathing muscle training can lower blood pressure in adults with obesity. About 44 participants with a BMI between 30 and 40 will do the training at home and have their blood pressure measured in the lab and at home. The goal is to see if this simple approach can help control blood pressure and improve breathing.
