Summary

This study tests whether breathing exercises can improve how the brain works in people with Postural Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). Researchers will use brain scans and heart rate monitors to see if the training changes brain activity and reduces fatigue. The study involves 12 adults aged 18-50 with POTS or related conditions.
