Summary

This study is testing if adding a special breathing muscle trainer to standard pre-surgery exercise helps people with lung cancer. The goal is to make patients stronger for surgery, reduce complications like pneumonia, and shorten hospital stays. Researchers will compare two groups: one doing standard exercises and one doing standard exercises plus the breathing trainer.
