Summary

This study tested whether training the breathing muscles could help children and teenagers with cerebral palsy. Twenty participants, aged 5 to 18, were randomly assigned to either do the special breathing exercises or not. Researchers measured if the training improved breathing strength, swallowing, balance, and arm function in daily life.
