Can breathing exercises at home help people with chronic lung disease breathe easier?
NCT ID NCT05860803
Summary
This study is testing whether a home-based breathing training program, supported by a health coach, can help people with non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis. Researchers want to see if this training improves how far people can walk, how well their lungs work, and their overall breathing comfort. The study will involve 50 participants who will be randomly assigned to either do the breathing exercises or receive usual care.
