Can special breathing exercises ease the burden of advanced lung cancer?

Summary
This study is testing if a special breathing and exercise program can improve the day-to-day life of people with advanced lung cancer. It will compare 96 patients who receive this program alongside their regular cancer treatment to those who receive only standard care. The main goal is to see if the program makes patients feel better and improves their quality of life after two months.
