Summary

This study looked at 80 children aged 1 month to 5 years with severe breathing problems from pneumonia or bronchiolitis. It compared two types of breathing support: High-Velocity Nasal Insufflation (HVNI) and nasal Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (nCPAP). The goal was to see which method improves lung function better and is more comfortable for the child. Results help doctors choose the best non-invasive breathing support for young patients.
