Summary

This study aims to understand how breathing difficulty and thinking skills are affected when people breathe against resistance in hot or cold environments. It will enroll 15 healthy, fit adults who will breathe through a restrictive device while being exposed to controlled temperatures. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help protect military personnel and others who work in extreme conditions.
