Scientists measure how hard breathing exercises fuel your muscles
NCT ID NCT07029074
Summary
This study aims to understand how different intensities of breathing muscle training affect oxygen levels in the rib muscles of healthy people. Researchers will measure muscle oxygen and blood flow before, during, and after training sessions. The goal is to gather basic knowledge about how these muscles work and respond to exercise, which could inform future training for athletes or patients.
