Summary
This study tested whether a daily breathing muscle training program could help adults with long COVID who have weak breathing muscles. 44 participants did breathing exercises twice a day for 8 weeks, combined with physical exercise. The goal was to see if this improved their lung strength, physical ability, and quality of life.
