Mountain-Air breathing tested to boost strength in MS

NCT ID NCT06276634

Summary

This study is testing whether breathing short bursts of low-oxygen air, similar to the air on a tall mountain, can improve ankle strength in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Researchers will measure participants' strength and brain activity before and after the breathing sessions to understand how it might work. The goal is to see if this safe, non-drug approach can help improve movement and function for people with MS.
