Can slow breathing unlock better exercise for fibromyalgia?

NCT ID NCT07404384

Summary

This study is testing whether practicing slow breathing before exercise can help women with fibromyalgia. Researchers want to see if this breathing can improve heart rate patterns, reduce pain and anxiety, and help participants perform more arm curl repetitions. The goal is to find a simple, non-drug method to make exercise easier and more effective for managing fibromyalgia symptoms.
