Can music help soldiers breathe and think better under pressure?
NCT ID NCT07470099
Summary
This study aims to understand if changing what people hear while breathing against resistance can help them feel less breathless and think more clearly. It will test healthy, active adults by having them breathe through a device that makes breathing harder while listening to normal, amplified, or no breathing sounds (replaced by music). Researchers will measure how this affects their focus, breathing discomfort, and body responses.
