Summary

This study tests whether alternate nostril breathing exercises or using an incentive spirometer (a device that helps you take deep breaths) works better for improving lung function in people with mild to moderate asthma. Researchers will measure how much air you can exhale and your asthma control. The study involves 54 adults aged 18-60 with stable asthma.
