First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether two breathing exercise devices, EMST and Triflo, can reduce voice fatigue and improve voice quality in academics who teach a lot. Forty participants will use the devices for 5 weeks, and their voice measurements and fatigue scores will be tracked. The goal is to see if these simple exercises can help prevent voice problems in people who rely on their voices for work.
