Summary
This study tested whether special breathing exercises could help people with Long COVID who have trouble breathing and feel tired. Sixteen adults who had COVID-19 at least 4 weeks earlier and still had symptoms like shortness of breath or chest tightness took part. They did diaphragmatic breathing exercises, and the researchers measured their walking ability, fatigue, and mood to see if the exercises helped.
