Summary
This study is testing whether a specific type of breathing exercise, called pranayama, can help reduce pain and improve comfort for women recovering from a planned cesarean section. It will involve 100 women who have just had a C-section and are experiencing significant pain. The goal is to see if this non-drug method can be a helpful addition to standard post-surgery care.
