Can breathing calm your brain? new study investigates POTS relief
NCT ID NCT05618067
Summary
This study aims to see if a breathing exercise training program can help people with Postural Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). Researchers will enroll 12 participants to practice the exercises and then use brain scans and heart rate monitors to see if the training changes how parts of the brain communicate and affects symptoms like fatigue and anxiety. The main goal is to gather information to help doctors better understand the condition.
