Scientists test if breathing in sync with exercise boosts your lungs
NCT ID NCT07232329
Summary
This study aimed to find out if combining breathing exercises with aerobic workouts improves lung function better than either activity alone. Researchers compared three groups of healthy, inactive university students: one doing aerobic exercise, one doing breathing exercises, and one doing both. The goal was to measure changes in their breathing capacity to understand which approach is most effective.
