Simple breathing trick boosts lung power in stroke patients

Summary
This study tested whether a specific breathing exercise using an Ambu-bag (air stacking) could improve lung function and trunk control in 20 stroke survivors. Participants did the exercise three times a week for four weeks. The results showed improvements in breathing and trunk stability compared to standard breathing exercises.
