Can a simple breathing massage help teens with curved spines breathe easier?

NCT ID NCT07482748

Summary

This study is testing if adding a special massage for the main breathing muscle (the diaphragm) to standard scoliosis exercises helps teens with idiopathic scoliosis. Researchers will compare two groups of teens doing exercises: one group gets the exercises alone, and the other gets the exercises plus the diaphragm massage. The goal is to see if the combined approach improves breathing, flexibility, and quality of life more than exercises alone.
