Summary
This study is testing if a one-week breathing exercise called alternate nostril breathing can help reduce nausea and vomiting in people during their first trimester of pregnancy. Researchers will enroll 100 pregnant individuals with mild to moderate symptoms to see if the breathing technique makes a difference. The goal is to find a simple, non-drug method to improve comfort in early pregnancy.
