First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests whether teaching transplant patients a simple breathing exercise can lower their pain and improve how well they feel after surgery. Sixty adults having their first transplant will be split into two groups: one will do the breathing exercise every hour, and the other will get standard care. Researchers will check pain levels and recovery quality over the first few days.
